If you are curious to see how I can help you kick-start an exciting and vibrant new chapter in your life, then read on and I will outline how the process works.
I start with a free 50 minute Initial Consultation where we discuss your concerns and go through a health and lifestyle questionnaire. From this, I begin to discover more about your concerns and discuss your life balance and eating habits. I also look at what you are hoping to achieve.
If you feel that you will benefit from the services of a Health Coach, I offer a six month programme in which I work with you to find your life balance and improve your overall wellbeing. The aim is to foster lasting changes in your life that will result in you becoming your own health expert.

This process isn't done overnight and it relies on you being prepared to dig deep into all areas of your life to find out what is holding you back. We will meet twice monthly and in that time I will formulate plans for you that will help you to embrace a new way that is beneficial for you. I will help guide you through food and lifestyle changes at a pace that suits you.

Most of us are aware of the basics of what we should be doing to maintain a healthy lifestyle, however in our busy lives we are not always able to stick to these plans. By having a mentor to discuss things with, bounce ideas off and provide accountability it is the ideal gateway to enable us to take the right path for a better future.

Decades of information and advice, lots of it conflicting have resulted in confusion about nutrition. Even those of us in the world of health coaching have to navigate our way through and this has resulted in a weariness around the subject. However our job is to wade through this and extrapolate the information to give you the best and latest advice.
This process will not just involve adjustments to your diet. We will come up with an exercise plan that is tailored to your needs and ability, we will look at your stress levels and see if we can implement practices that will reduce this and we will examine your sleep patterns and also delve into your relationships to see if that is causing concern. This holistic approach takes your life in the round and gives the full picture of what is going on and where adjustments can be made. We will then formulate strategies to enable you to go forward and maintain this way of life.

Once we begin, we will start by immediately making small changes that will make you feel better. This will help to motivate and inspire you going forward. As I begin to gather more information about you I will start to make recommendations and we can work together in breaking bad habits and create healthy new ones. All this is done with support and gentle encouragement.
During the six month programme we will continually assess and make necessary adjustments to ensure that you are happy with the process and feel confident to continue on with your journey at the end.
Once the six months have finished we will review the process and there are a number of options. You may be happy to continue on your journey alone or you may wish to carry on with a further programme. The option is entirely yours.

I will help you navigate through the minefield of conflicting nutritional advice and give you the most up to date thinking on diet and lifestyle. I will take a holistic approach to your life and look at your primary foods (exercise, health, social life, relationships, finances, home environment, spirituality and creativity) and your secondary foods (nutrition). We will then formulate a strategy to enable you to live an energised, vibrant and balanced life.

Diagnose, prescribe or treat, we guide and support development to enable clients to reach their own wellness goals.
Prescribe specific diets, we discuss options on how to include all the good stuff and 'crowd out' the unhealthy stuff

Everyone is a unique individual and what works for one person, doesn't work for another. We are taught that 'one person's food is another person's poison' and that is the approach that I take. It is based on your bio-individuality and no one size fits all. This is what makes a health coach's approach appealing and achievable.

My particular area of interest is the issues that women are facing during the menopause. It is a time where our bodies are changing and losing weight can be particularly difficult during these years. I am passionate about helping women who are struggling with this and would be delighted if you chose me as your health coach to guide you through this time.

I offer the initial 50 minute consultation for free.
​
Then going forward I offer a six month programme. This comprise two sessions a month. Each session is £49 and the whole programme
works out at £588. Payment is in two instalments. The first is due prior to the commencement of the programme, the second is due at the
half way stage in month three.
